This Contract Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between BCIT, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer,” and the legal assistant, hereinafter referred to as the “Employee.” WHEREAS, the Employer is in need of a skilled legal assistant to provide support and assistance in various legal matters; WHEREAS, the Employee possesses the necessary qualifications and skills to fulfill the duties of a legal assistant; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein, the parties hereto agree as follows: 1. Employment The Employer hereby employs the Employee as a legal assistant, and the Employee hereby accepts such employment, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. 2. Duties The Employee shall perform all duties as required by the Employer, including but not limited to conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing administrative support to the legal team. 3.
