THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) dated as of the date of acceptance by the participant (the “Participant”) of the employment law courses for HR professionals in Canada (the “Courses”) between the Participant and the course provider (the “Provider”).
WHEREAS, the Participant is desirous of participating in the Courses and the Provider is desirous of providing the Participant with access to the Courses;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Participant and the Provider agree as follows:
1. PARTICIPATION
1.1 The Provider agrees to provide the Participant with access to the Courses for the duration specified in the course schedule.
1.2 The Participant agrees to comply with all requirements and guidelines set forth by the Provider for participation in the Courses.
2. FEES
2.1 The Participant agrees to pay the Provider the specified fees for participation in the Courses as outlined in the course registration details.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY
3.1 The Participant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all course materials and information provided by the Provider and not to disclose such materials and information to any third party without the express written consent of the Provider.
3.2 The Provider agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any personal information provided by the Participant in connection with the Courses.
4. GOVERNING LAW
4.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario.
4.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.
